All Westec Homes come with a Written New Home Warranty. What sets our warranty program apart from the competition is our unique 'Home Care' follow up program.  The initial face to face walk thru is performed by the builder prior to the closing.  After you have lived in your home for 30 days you may request another walk thru.  This second walk thru gives our home owners the opportunity to discuss items with the builder that might have been overlooked in the initial inspection or that the owner has observed since moving in.  After you have lived in your Westec Home for 11 months you may request a year end walk thru. In other words our customer service is in effect during the entire warranty period.
